These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Card Vendor Suite ("the Service"), operated by Card Vendor Suite ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Card Vendor Suite is a subscription-based software service that assists users in identifying trading cards and creating listings on third-party marketplaces including eBay. The Service includes card scanning tools, pricing data, and related utilities.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. Notify us immediately at support@cardvendorsuite.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor, Paddle. By subscribing you authorize Paddle to charge your payment method on each renewal date. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of third-party marketplace terms; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond normal use; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited listings; or (e) interfere with the security or integrity of the Service.
The Service connects to third-party platforms (including eBay and TCGPlayer) for pricing data and listing functionality. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
All software, design, and content comprising the Service is the property of Card Vendor Suite or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your own trading card business purposes. You retain ownership of any content you upload.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that card identification results will be accurate in all cases. Pricing data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Card Vendor Suite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may close your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the state where Card Vendor Suite is registered.
