What is Card Vendor Suite?
Card Vendor Suite is an eBay buying and selling tool for English and Japanese Pokemon card resellers. It prices an auction and hands you one max bid with end to end profit calculation. It calculates fees, shipping and tax for both buying the lot and when you later sell those cards as singles. Flags the cards worth selling from bulk. What trading card games are supported?
Card Vendor Suite supports English and Japanese Pokemon cards, including mixed language collection photos. You can switch a match between its English and Japanese counterparts with one click. Next game on the roadmap is MTG!
How does Bid Intel work?
Open Bid Intel on an eBay listing to identify cards from the seller’s photos and estimate the collection’s value. Your saved costs and target ROI determine the max bid. Review the matches and prices, then decide whether to bid or move on. You can change your saved preferences anytime.
Can I correct a card match or price?
Yes. Review the detected cards and correct a match when needed. You can also run a live sold-comp check or manually set a price and the calculated max bid adjusts.
How do Card Sift and List Builder work together?
Take images directly to List Builder or sift through cards worth selling first in Card Sift. From Card Sift set your price cutoff and send the worthwhile cards to List Builder. Their images and card information carry over. Either path leads into List Builder to review the prepared listings and publish the batches to eBay.
Where do the card prices come from?
Choose TCGplayer Low, TCGplayer Market, or eBay sold prices. With eBay sold selected, initial prices use real sold price medians refreshed weekly. For a fresh check, click 'Comps' to run a live comp to see the median and individual sales. You can select either, keep the existing value, or manually set a card’s price.
How does List Builder set prices?
You define a price floor and custom pricing rules to apply to your chosen price source (TCGplayer Low, TCGplayer Market, eBay sold). List Builder applies them to every listing it generates. You set the rules once and apply with a click.
Do I need an eBay seller account?
List Builder requires a connected eBay seller account to post listings. Bid Intel and Card Sift work independently of eBay seller access.
Is the browser extension safe? What can it access?
Yes. The extension only runs on eBay. When you install it, your browser shows a standard notice that it can read data on eBay pages. That is the permission it needs to read the listing you are viewing and pull comps. It never touches another site, it does not collect or sell your data, and you can turn it off anytime.
